Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ExactoV website (exactov.com) or registering for our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

ExactoV provides intensive Excel and data analysis training workshops for administrative professionals, assistants, and middle managers. Our services include:

  • In-person training workshops conducted at our Salta location
  • Training materials and practice datasets
  • Post-workshop email support for questions related to workshop content
  • Attendance certificates upon workshop completion

Workshop Registration and Payment

Registration Process

To register for a workshop, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and any other required information. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Payment Terms

Workshop fees must be paid in full before the workshop start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during registration. All fees are in Argentine Pesos unless otherwise stated.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are available for three or more participants from the same organization. Discount rates and terms are provided upon inquiry and must be confirmed before registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are not eligible for a refund
  • Participants may transfer their registration to another person or to a future workshop date without penalty if notice is provided at least 3 days before the workshop

ExactoV Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.

Workshop Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled workshop sessions. Late arrivals or early departures may affect your ability to complete exercises and receive full benefit from the training.

Required Equipment

Participants must bring their own laptop computer with Excel 2016 or later installed. We are not responsible for technical issues with participant equipment, though we will provide reasonable assistance with setup on the first day.

Conduct Expectations

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
  • Participate actively in exercises and discussions
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior
  • Respect the confidentiality of other participants' business information shared during training

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, practice datasets, documentation, and content provided during workshops are the intellectual property of ExactoV and are protected by copyright laws. Participants may use these materials for personal learning and reference but may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute materials for commercial purposes
  • Share materials with individuals who have not attended the workshop
  • Use materials to conduct their own training programs
  • Modify or create derivative works without written permission

Limitation of Liability

ExactoV provides training services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or skill improvements. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the workshop
  • We are not responsible for participant equipment, personal belongings, or data loss
  • We are not liable for any business decisions or actions taken based on workshop content

Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salta, Argentina.
